Where is the company based?
Our London headquarters are based in the heart of Notting Hill, a stone’s throw away from Portobello Road market. The area is filled with quirky shops, beautiful boutiques and great bars and restaurants.
Our offices span over 3 floors of “one of Britain’s most imaginative office complexes”. The atrium hosts a games area where you can shoot pool or play table tennis, and a restaurant perfect for lunch or after work drinks. We are five minutes walk from the nearest tube station, making transportation easy.
What is the company like?
At PaymentSense, we like to win. In just 3 years we have become the largest MSP in the UK. We sign up more new customers than 90% of the banks in the country. But we are not a bank. We are a fast growing entrepreneurial company. We thrive on innovation and we love technology. Our custom built systems give us the ultimate competitive advantage. With the richest database of SMEs in the UK, our sales people have access to staggering amounts of information.
We also boast a flat company structure. No one is more than two levels away from the founders. This gives everyone the opportunity to take an active part in the company’s future and success.
What are the people like?
We are a team of “A” players. The founders personally interview every hire, as recruiting the right people is key to achieving sustained success. At PaymentSense, every colleague is someone you can respect and learn from. They all pass “the airport test”, in other words you would not mind being stuck with them in an airport for a two hour delay.
Our team is intelligent and innovative. Each and every department creates a running list of disruptive projects to improve their area and better the business. The company supports these ideas by providing a budget and time to implement them.

In addition to lateral moves, there are rapid progression opportunities. Two thirds of our managers worked from entry level to management in less than 18 months. We’ve even had an intern join our management team in a record 14 months.
