The Role…

  • Pre-course administration: organising training material print-outs, ordering workbooks, managing stock control with business cards, leaflets and all equipment, liaising with the trainers to check other stationery requirements
  • Managing the accreditation of delegates by working with external partners
  • Training course bookings for UK wide training courses including delegate hotel rooms, staff hotel rooms and travel, venue bookings for training, webinar registrations, tracked by updating spreadsheets and sending reminders
  • New starter set up: working on our internal systems to track the signing of contracts and record all new starters with up to date information including Adobe Sign, emails and staff numbers. Liaising with IT when needed
  • Updates on the Buzz (our company intranet page): publishing product updates, uploading new webinars and podcasts, academy folder, handouts and materials
  • HR Funnel Management: Updating terminated staff details on our system, suspending/activating accounts and sending monthly updates to managers
  • Project work to help develop training materials and update E-Learning modules
  • Supporting a team of four Training Consultants and reporting in to the Training Academy Manager

What you will bring…

  • 1-2 years experience in administration for training courses/events

As Email Marketing Manager, you will lead the eCRM strategy for Paymentsense in both UK and Europe. Working closely with the highly regarded digital and creative teams, you will design, create and implement strategies that deliver across all areas of the customer lifecycle. With P&L accountability for the email channel, you will be measured against KPIs such as channel cost per acquisition, lifetime revenue and deal volume and you will have a mandate to exercise your own initiative and judgement to drive results. Working closely with senior management, you will combine a data-driven approach with creative flair to create customised content and trigger-based programs that deliver against an agreed forecast.

Other key responsibilities include

  • Create email strategies aligned to customer life cycle stage (acquisition, welcome, in-life, retention and win-back) with accompanying KPIs and success metrics
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery including setup, template build, targeting, segmentation and deployment
  • Create all email HTML and execute campaigns through the Silverpop email platform
