I joined Paymentsense in Oct 2012, before this I was working for Barclays Bank for five years. I was originally working in B2C but soon realised I much preferred to work B2B and became a Business Manager. This gave me a great understanding of the SME market and can see why Paymentsense is so successful with the merchant at the forefront of everything they do.
I was looking for a new challenge working within the B2B market I loved the ethos of Paymentsense and how as a Business Development Manager you can manage your own diary and have autonomy within your work.They also had great products which I could see would benefit the business owners from any sector, Paymentsense very much came across as being different to all the other ISO’s and banks which I really value. I was also looking for a company that recognised my hard work and commitment and rewarded me financially.
An exciting few years! From the very first few weeks I felt like I belonged with Paymetsense due to the support I received from day one. This opportunity was a steep learning curve which I embraced. Since starting with Paymentsense back in October 2012 I was promoted to Senior BDM quickly, where I supported and developed New Business Managers to Paymentsense. I am now a Regional Manager at Paymentsense and relish working with such a forward thinking company where your opinion really counts.
Paymentsense is a very different company and I have never worked with a company the same, they are truly inspirational! They are a fantastic company to work for and if you have the right attitude, willingness to learn and want to work with the best in the business I am sure you would have successful career at Paymentsense.
